About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to lead strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives, working directly with key players in the crypto, fintech, and financial ecosystems.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and driving company growth through innovative projects and tailored solutions for institutional clients.

This role is ideal for professionals with an established network in the industry, strong market insight, and a desire to be part of a company that is changing the game in digital finance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, crypto projects, payment providers, and key ecosystem players.
  • Drive user and revenue growth through local partnership channels, listings, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of high-value clients and institutional accounts with tailored business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of BD initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory updates to propose new business opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report on BD performance metrics and pipeline progress regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—preferably in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the financial and crypto landscape.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (native) and English (professional working level).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a crypto exchange or blockchain-related business.
  • Existing network in fintech, payment service providers, OTC, or Web3 communities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting digital assets.
