What You'll Do- Sales Target Management: Break down the SMB team's business objectives and identify key sales indicators that impact the team's ability to achieve targets. Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Operational Analysis: Use inputs from industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunities.
- Sales strategy development: Identify growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path.
- Project Management: Use project management to ensure successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from strategy, product, and operations teams to support the SMB team in achieving its goals.
- Experience: more than 2 years in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
- Data analysis skills: proficient with various analysis software, capable of multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
- Market insight: ability to sense market and industry developments, capture trends, and formulate strategies.
- Project management ability: strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- English and Portuguese as working languages.
- Experience in the food delivery industry and the local-based service industry.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations.
- Startup-style team with opportunities to participate in core projects for rapid growth.
- Experience across different countries, languages, and cultures.
Job responsibilities and requirements are similar to the SMB role, focusing on chain brand teams and scalable execution, with emphasis on data-driven target management, operational analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Requirements include: more than 2 years in relevant operations, data analysis proficiency, market insight, strong project management, and English/Portuguese as working languages. Preferred experience includes food delivery/local services, SQL data tools, and related operations.
