In Brazil, Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is in an exciting phase of expansion, building a large-scale logistics network and tackling some of the most complex last mile challenges.We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our partnerships and business development efforts in Brazil.
This leader will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to expand our network of small and medium-sized business partners across key metropolitan areas.Key job responsibilitiesLead a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious growth goalsDevelop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality business partnersDesign and optimize the partner onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration and ramp-upAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to guide expansion initiativesBuild and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersTrack, analyze, and report on critical performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendationsDrive continuous improvement in partner conversion rates and overall satisfactionBasic QualificationsExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience managing teamsExperience in program or project managementBachelor's degreeExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsAdvanced English knowledgePreferred QualificationsExperience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
