Description:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required to excel in this role.
  • 5 years of experience in project managing and delivering technical solutions are necessary for success.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering data-driven or AI-powered solutions, including at least 5 years in a customer-facing technical position, is required.
  • Experience in one of the following domains: Generative AI and Process Automation (designing agentic workflows with tools like LangChain) or implementing AI solutions within Contact Center environments, is also preferred.

We assist customers in transforming and evolving their business through the use of Google's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, assessing customer needs to define optimal AI architectures.
  • Lead engagements and manage the deployment of cloud AI solutions using Google's best practices.
  • Architect and implement multi-step Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and Vertex AI.
  • Guide customers on the end-to-end machine learning life-cycle, including data preparation in BigQuery, model validation, and establishing machine operations best practices for scalable operations on Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable assets for the broader organization.
  • Manage project scope, priorities, and timelines with Sales, Partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
