Investment Banking Analyst Internship

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to support our Investment Bank team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an investment banking intern, you will play a key role in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets (ECM), and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions.
- Conduct thorough sector research and analysis
- Assist analysts in developing financial models
- Support the preparation of presentations related to projects or pitchbooks
You will be working with a dynamic team that executes on a wide variety of industry-changing transactions in M&A and capital markets. We value employee development and offer opportunities for growth and learning.
Your Qualifications- Students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with graduation date by December 2023
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced English language skills
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance is an asset
