DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

O Analista de Investment Banking Junior é responsável por auxiliar clientes em movimentos de M&A e na captação de recursos no mercado de capitais, originando, estruturando, gerenciando riscos e executando operações estruturadas de financiamento por dívida ou equity, bem como na assessoria estratégica para fusões e aquisições. O objetivo geral dessa função é atuar como assessor financeiro estratégico para os clientes, desenvolvendo estruturas de investimento e de captação de recursos.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Elaboração de modelos econômico-financeiro de operações estruturadas de dívida e/ou equity;
  • Preparação de apresentações para clientes e/ou investidores;
  • Pesquisa e análise de diferentes segmentos de atuação de empresas e indústrias;
  • Participação em reuniões para levantamento de informações;
  • Organização da agenda de reuniões e de atividades dos superintendentes e dos gerentes, providenciando as devidas comunicações às pessoas envolvidas.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Superior completo em Administração, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Conhecimento de análise de demonstrações financeiras, contabilidade e de matemática financeira;
  • Domínio de Modelagem financeira;
  • Conhecimento avançado de Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Inglês fluente;
  • Perfil proativo, com boa capacidade analítica, atento aos detalhes e comprometido;
  • Boa habilidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Boa capacidade de trabalho em grupo;
  • Sentir-se confortável com um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador.
