Investment Banking Associate Opportunity
Yalla Capital is on a strong growth trajectory and is seeking an Associate to join our team. Initially focused on tech deals, Yalla has expanded its operations to address strategic sectors with a diversified portfolio that includes real economy companies. Position Description
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our team, serving as a cornerstone in executing projects and materials. This position offers substantial exposure to partners and direct interaction with clients, ideal for professionals eager to shape their own career path and thrive in a high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced financial modeling, with experience in complex transactions.
- Conduct research and analysis of companies, markets, and sectors across diverse geographies.
- Collect and manage data to create robust analyses and presentations.
- Support the senior team in preparing and reviewing documents (contracts, terms, memos, etc.).
- Guide and review the work of interns, trainees, and analysts, contributing to team development.
- Support interactions with clients and manage deal processes and related operational activities.
Requirements
- BA/BS required; post-graduate degree or specialization is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Investment Banking/M&A (

). - Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven multitasking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability to work in São Paulo, SP.
