We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, coordinate with hiring managers, and develop employer branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Facilitating hiring processes, from initial application to onboarding
- Developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent
- Proven experience in HR Management, Human Resources, and Hiring
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent/Advanced English language skills
