Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to contribute to the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to ensure the reliability and scalability of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage alerts, check systems, and escalate issues as needed to maintain optimal system performance
  • Participate in a team that provides 24×7 on-call support for critical SaaS events to ensure timely resolution
  • Be available to provide assistance during emergencies when team members are unavailable or need help
  • Document issues and remediation steps to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Proactively create appropriate monitors in the EKS/K8S ecosystem to enhance system visibility and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
  • Experience working with Datadog to monitor and optimize system performance
  • Hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer to design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of EKS/Terraform/Helm to manage containerized applications and infrastructure
  • Working Experience with Docker and Docker Swarm to develop and deploy containerized applications
  • Good understanding of AWS IAM roles and policies to ensure secure access and permissions
  • Experience logging and monitoring AWS resources using CloudWatch logs to identify performance issues
  • Experience working in a Linux environment to develop and deploy scalable applications
  • Proficient in Bash and/or Python scripting to automate system tasks and workflows
  • A strong understanding of web technologies such as REST APIs to develop scalable and secure APIs
  • Working Experience with monitoring solutions, such as Grafana and Prometheus to visualize system performance and metrics
