Chief Market Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to lead our overseas market expansion and customer maintenance efforts for various steel products and metal products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to expand our presence in international markets.
- Customer Maintenance: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant trade terms, contract signing, import and export policies, customs policies and local regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Company Culture: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork and self-drive.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or above in International Trade or related field. Iron and Steel Metallurgy is preferred.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills. Turkish as mother tongue is preferred, other foreign languages are an asset.
- At least 8 years of experience in the steel foreign trade industry, with a strong understanding of the Turkey and European markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a stable customer base.
