Process Improvement Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency. This includes analyzing workflows, creating key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, and documenting processes.

A successful Process Improvement Analyst must drive AWS/Databricks cost optimization and vendor management while supporting infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and automation. They should also assist with resiliency and disaster recovery initiatives.

To excel in this role, one must have a bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations. Proficiency in SQL/Python/R, AWS, and FinOps practices is essential. Additionally, strong communication and reporting skills are required.
