Job Title: Director of Integrated Campaigns

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Integrated Campaigns to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Establish KPIs and track campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in high-tech marketing and a broad-based understanding of all of the disciplines of marketing.
  • Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experience and an understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution.
  • A deep understanding of integrated campaign best practices, playbooks, customer journeys, etc.
  • First-line management experience with a proven track record of building new teams and with diverse skill sets from the ground up.
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a matrixed environment through excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to work upstream, effectively elevate strategic concerns, assert influence in final outcomes.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
