The role of Maintenance Analyst revolves around providing expert technical support in maintaining systems, equipment and processes to enhance machine reliability.
- Ensuring the reliability of equipment by identifying issues through troubleshooting and failure analysis, then implementing solutions.
- Conducting regular inspections and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Developing and enforcing effective maintenance procedures and standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations and maintenance.
Required Skills:
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance management systems, SAP PM and TPM.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
