Job Overview

We seek an experienced professional to manage high-quality MEP systems for landmark projects.

This role involves leading a team and overseeing installation, quality control, and health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue daily/weekly project plans and report progress.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and schedules.
  • Manage resource allocation and track material deliveries in coordination with project teams.
  • Coordinate change orders and distribute technical documents.
  • Analyze productivity and tool usage, monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety and quality assurance throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in MEP construction or infrastructure management.
  • In-depth knowledge of installation sequencing, quality assurance, and health and safety protocols.
  • Leadership and documentation expertise within a construction or infrastructure setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
