Senior Tax Manager Job Description

The Tax Team is responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance across various regions and countries. They provide support to internal requests and collaborate with stakeholders on product launches and new features.

We are seeking a senior-level tax expert to support our E-commerce business in Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM countries. This role requires providing expert tax solutions for business plans and translating complex tax ideas into actionable steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze business models and identify areas for tax assessment.
  2. Collaborate with in-house tax teams and coordinate external resources to develop tax solutions for new products, features, and operational events.
  3. Provide tax guidance and respond to queries from business teams as Tax Point of Contact.
  4. Review existing tax solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Monitor changes in tax legislation and prepare teams for any challenges.
  6. Support business teams in understanding and complying with tax regulations through training.
