Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

At Direct Software Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving demand through various channels, including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive top-of-funnel opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize the number of inbound and outbound opportunities generated.
  3. Run email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and nurture past opportunities.
  4. Be responsible for creating targeted prospect lists, prospecting flows, and outreach automation for both prospective and existing customers.
  5. Deploy a discretionary marketing budget toward events, experiments, and SEO to maximize opportunity generation.
  6. Codify efforts to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that generate conversions with an external content marketing team.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
  2. A high level of experience and understanding of how B2B cold email works.
  3. The ability to create and implement automation workflows in applications like Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, and Intercom without developer assistance.
  4. Great written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience working inside a startup, indicating familiarity with the cadence and work environment.
