
Trade Marketing Growth Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in driving trade marketing efforts in Brazil, focusing on unlocking growth in the Northeast region.
The position operates within the Events Channel, providing brand-building opportunities amplified by the region's affinity for music, nightlife, and social gatherings.
You will lead through influence and example, ensuring brand activations are locally relevant, strategically aligned, and flawlessly executed.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the trade marketing strategy by working closely with a multi-functional team, bringing strategic insights, regional learnings, and innovative ideas.
- Identify and leverage opportunities within the Events Channel, focusing on festivals, nightlife, and social experiences.
- Translate regional insights into high-impact activations, ensuring alignment with national strategy but tailored to the region's pulse.
- Act as the main contact within the Trade Marketing team to support the sales team.
- Monitor brand performance through data analysis from key events.
- Ensure all sponsored events meet high standards, following the Events Execution Guidelines.
- Maintain and update the events database for all Jack Daniel's events in Brazil.
- Manage event logistics under PICOS guidelines.
- Monitor competitors' activities and propose initiatives to defend our brands.
- Work with sales and distributor partners to provide necessary tools and field support.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure activities are compliant and properly reported.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing roles.
- Intermediate Excel skills, budget management, and basic marketing knowledge.
