Your Mission:
The Driver Operations team plays a crucial role in creating a balanced platform for both partner drivers and clients. The mission is to build a long-term oversupply of engaged and quality-conscious drivers who take pride in their work. This requires effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of driver operations professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality drivers
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
