Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our logistics efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing physical stock, supply forecasting, and imagery equipment logistics.

This role involves coordinating with 3PLs (e.g., FedEx, Expeditors), managing stock levels, conducting stock counts, and supporting forecasting activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound shipments and managing performance inventory at the workshop.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory movement optimization strategies
  • Manage global equipment delivery and returns, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations
  • Coordinate shipment processing, order updates, labeling, and packaging
  • Collaborate with the Client Trade Compliance team and 3PLs to ensure regulatory compliance of all international shipments
  • Visit warehouses for physical inventory counts or train local personnel

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
  • Domain Experience: 2 years in Hardware Operations
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all business levels
