As a CRM Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital role in analyzing customer data, crafting trigger communications, and executing targeted email campaigns to drive revenue. You'll need to be highly analytical, able to identify customer segments, and comfortable working with various communication channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer data and create customer segments for marketing campaigns.
- Develop trigger communications for different customer segments to drive conversions.
- Plan and execute special email campaigns to drive revenue.
- Utilize email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers (WA) to drive engagement and revenue.
- Analyze campaign results and adjust communication strategies to improve results.
- Create A/B tests to optimize messaging and increase performance.
- Develop reports on the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Proven experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and segmentation.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Customer.io.
- Familiarity with Customer.io features and functions for segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
- Experience setting up and managing automated workflows within CRMs.
- Ability to integrate these tools with other marketing technologies to create a seamless customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
