As a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of new treatments for cancer patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, with experience in monitoring and site management. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, building relationships with key site personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with investigative sites and study vendors
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical study sites
  • Monitor data quality and patient safety through regular site visits and audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. life sciences, pharmacy, etc.)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 2+ years of monitoring experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
