Job Overview

This position involves leading client-facing workshops to gather, validate and refine business requirements. The selected candidate will translate these requirements into system design and workflows within the billing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing workshops to understand business needs
  • Translate business requirements into system design and workflows
  • Document current and future state business process flows for traceability
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Deliver tailored training and lead user acceptance testing sessions for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in business systems, IT or consulting
  • Strong functional expertise in billing, invoicing and revenue recognition processes
  • Hands-on experience implementing SaaS solutions with a focus on business analysis and configuration
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with databases, reporting tools and cloud integration methods
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash and billing ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
