Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our teams' Agile practices and help drive significant impact worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools and coaching teams in Lean-Agile mindsets.

Your role will also involve providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks, encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering, and working with Product and Solution Management to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
  • Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
  • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience in similar roles.
  • Use of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications (desirable).
  • Advanced English level.
