**Job Title:** Chief Operations and Technology Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned leader to guide our Operations & Technology team in identifying and executing cost-saving projects. With a strong understanding of supply chain and shop operations, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop projects through scoping, active, and cut-in phases to successful implementation.
  • Support cross-functional teams from Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Risk, and external suppliers to meet project execution milestones.
  • Drive internal execution of detailed project plans to meet large project targets and maintain tools and data available for the team.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with internal/external project stakeholders to achieve milestones.
  • Identify risks to project execution, schedule, or valuation and facilitate mitigation with the appropriate team.
  • Continually develop a network of resources in support of project execution, including goals deployment and tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proven experience in an Engineering or Project Management role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and shop operations.
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
  • Fluency in English Language.
