As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and review of designs and technical standards for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, while maintaining high levels of technical excellence and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical oversight during design and construction phases, ensuring value-engineered solutions that meet project specifications and enhance system performance.
- Drive technical excellence by providing supervision for the design and construction phases of the project.
- Oversee engineering service providers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar and energy storage project engineering.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, EPC processes, and interconnection requirements.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, SCADA, and Primavera.
