Job Title: Telecom Invoice Operations Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecom Invoice Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing billing and payment for our customers utilizing analytical tools and manual data entry processes.

Responsibilities
  • Process billing for our customers utilizing analytical tools in addition to manual data entry processes.
  • Process payment to Telecom Providers on our customers' behalf.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and special projects.
Requirements
  • A detail-oriented problem solver with a professional demeanor.
  • A strong communicator, fluent in professional written and verbal English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and MS Suite products.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $1,000 USD per month

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm CST (TX time zone)
