Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role of Log Management Specialist involves providing technical support to the sales team. You will be an expert in observability, specializing in log management and analytics.

You will deliver presentations that demonstrate the value proposition of Dynatrace, execute proof of concepts onsite and remotely, build relationships with customers, and complete requests for information and proposals.

You will collaborate across teams, including innovation labs, consultants, customer success managers, and marketing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • An ambitious and self-motivated individual with previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
  • A passionate advocate for innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers and prospects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate technical value into business value.
  • 3-5 years of experience with log analytics technologies and techniques.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong desire to grow professionally and adapt to changing environments.
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time.
