Responsabilidades e Atribuições- Collaborate with business areas to understand project demands, prepare initial scope documents, identify risks, benefits, macro timelines, and critical paths;
- Act as a focal point between business areas and Technology, ensuring the involvement of relevant teams from the outset;
- Contribute to the development of Business Cases for approval and presentation to committees;
- Manage complex projects aligned with company strategic goals in the healthcare sector, developing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery within established quality standards;
- Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders involved;
- Develop and present progress reports on projects to senior management, highlighting risks, challenges, and successes;
- Perform process mapping and analysis of operational and financial processes when necessary, in partnership with business areas, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Superior degree in Technology, Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in project management-related functions;
- Structured vision of processes and hands-on approach;
- Communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with multidisciplinary teams;
- Familiarity with project management tools and experience in creating status reports;
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
