
Key Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and expanding our customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.
- Contribute to defining sales targets, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.
- Prospect potential clients, conduct meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, validate, and negotiate company products with prospective customers.
- Manage and support an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key technical visits.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and project development skills.
- Collaborative, results-driven, and highly committed to company culture and values.
- Excellent planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and achieving ambitious goals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
