Your Mission:

  • Leverage your expertise to develop and execute impactful growth plans, driving measurable results and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a talented team, guiding campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.
  • Pioneer innovation, identify and test new channels, partnerships, and ad formats to diversify growth efforts.
  • Optimize affiliate programs to maximize return on investment and scale efficiently.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and creative teams to improve conversion rates, onboarding, and early retention.
  • Cultivate effective messaging, creatives, and promotions aligned with growth goals.
  • Track and report key metrics, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous refinement of strategy and budget allocation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading growth strategies for digital products or app-first businesses.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and ad networks.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience monitoring and optimizing metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Payback.
  • Leadership experience, capable of mentoring a team and collaborating across functions.
  • Adaptable problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
