Job Opportunity: Agricultural Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Agricultural Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retrofit business in a specific region, focusing on developing quality and quantity of dealers to grow sales and market impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong agronomic knowledge, including planting quality, plant evaluation, and field experimentation. They will also possess technical knowledge of equipment installation, electrical and hydraulic systems, and planter operation. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively train dealers to provide superior product installation and technical performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all retrofit forecasts, business plans, and orders for dealers
  • Oversee technical and agronomic validation of new products to ensure a premium customer experience
  • Promote and grow the Precision Planting brand through retrofit sales as the main channel of the Precision Planting business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture Studies or Business Administration
  • Agronomic Knowledge (planting quality, plant evaluation, field experimentation)
  • Technical knowledge; (Electrical, Hydraulic, equipment installation)
  • Planter knowledge; Tractors; Agricultural Machines (operation of tractors and planters)
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
