Job Title: Global Beauty Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Brand Manager. This is a key role in our Beauty & Wellbeing division, responsible for driving innovation and growth across the globe.

  • Develop and implement global marketing strategies that drive business results and consumer engagement.
  • Nurture relationships with key markets and operating companies to understand business drivers and innovation networks.
  • Support local business operations to ensure consumer preference, market share, and P&L results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver beautiful and relevant projects on time and on budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a strong passion for beauty and skincare, with attention to detail.
  • Have experience working in Latam, with advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Demonstrate innovation development experience, including product development, business cases management, and market deployment.
  • Exhibit proven project management skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Show strong strategic and influencing skills, with comfort working with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change and complexity.
