Production Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production requirements of customers are met with the specified quantity and quality, while adhering to established occupational health and safety (OHSE) policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include carrying out operations as defined in working instructions, controlling the quality of produced pieces according to the production program, achieving target productivity rates and quality levels for the specific workplace, and performing level 1 preventive maintenance activities required for each machine or facility.

Additional duties may include performing part number, model or series changes required according to the production plan, maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the workplace according to established standards, being versatile at the level defined in the section or plant, participating in initial shift and monthly meetings, suggesting improvements to day-to-day operations, and training new employees when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Academic background: A secondary or vocational education is required.

Languages: Fluency in the local language is essential.

Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is desired.
