Assembly Operations Specialist

Job Description:

  • Oversee the setup, maintenance and repair of machinery, production lines and industrial equipment in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Develop installation procedures by analyzing schematics and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate closely with Process Engineers to design and build or modify production lines.
  • Install, modify and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
  • Contribute expertise to Process Designers and Process Programmers during project planning phases.
  • Participate in projects from conceptualization to manufacturing and monitor operations based on established process standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in local language and intermediate level English proficiency.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with mechatronics, machine safety and additional training in IATF, FMEA, PPAP and CEP is beneficial.
