Cybersecurity Specialist: Protecting Industrial Systems

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Professional to lead our OT/IACS cybersecurity efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to protect our industrial systems.
- This includes conducting risk assessments and security audits on industrial systems, collaborating with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration between corporate and industrial systems, managing firewalls, network segmentation, and other OT-specific security measures.
- The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to design and deliver cybersecurity awareness training for operational and technical teams, and participate in planning and executing penetration tests and cyberattack simulations.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred certifications include ISA/IEC 62443 Expert or equivalent, SANS GICSP or equivalent.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting risk assessments and security audits on industrial systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.
- Collaborating with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration between corporate and industrial systems, including the development of policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive data.
- Managing firewalls, network segmentation, and other OT-specific security measures to prevent unauthorized access to industrial systems.
- Designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training for operational and technical teams to educate them on best practices for preventing cyber threats.
- Participating in planning and executing penetration tests and cyberattack simulations to test the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement.
