Operations Associate Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our fast-paced global team. As a successful candidate, you have experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager.

You will support our teams by assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records. You will also ensure client records in various systems are always updated and accurate.

In addition, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow. You will perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.

You will respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary. You will track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.

You will assist in creating sales materials for client meetings and provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOPs, reporting, and documentation is crucial.
  • Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable working in a growing, evolving company environment.
  • Experience in sales administration or operations support is preferred.
  • Ideal if you have experience with project management tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier, or similar applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
