Job Description:

In this challenging role as Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming work order requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Processing: Review work order details for completeness and accuracy; assign to appropriate technicians or vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Update and close work orders upon completion; maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and status changes.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on open, pending, and completed work orders for management review.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and escalate issues that may impact service delivery or operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize work order and business service processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, service coordination, or work order processing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Fast learner, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
