Lead Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics projects that drive business value for our clients.

  • Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: You will formulate analytical problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings/insights, and develop compelling visual representations of analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Project Ownership & Management: You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You will be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, finding and sharing solutions, and presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills (able to interact daily with a distributed team).
  • Fluency in Python - including popular data science packages (pandas, scikit-learn, etc) and quality testing.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and methods used in the data science field.
  • Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing.
  • Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Interest in Large Language Models and Generative AI.
