Job Title: Global Sourcing Leader

This is a key position within our organization's Global Packaging team, accountable for developing and implementing a procurement strategy that aligns with our global objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve competitive advantage through lowest purchase cost and value improvements.
  • Deliver results in key performance areas including cost management, financial forecast accuracy, NWC performance, service & quality to plants, process improvements and innovation.
  • Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships.
  • Develop Commodity Risk Management strategy aligned with key stakeholders.
  • Keep tracking of regulatory and quality implications across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategy in collaboration with Sustainability group.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/master's degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Experience of Procurement/Other supply chain roles and relevant supporting function experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record in handling complexity.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Fluent oral and written English.
