Job Title

We are seeking a professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will be responsible for establishing collaborative relationships with recruiters and business leaders, providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.

This individual will work closely with the Shared Capability leadership to review key performance indicators that improve sourcing efficiency and overall individual and team performance.

  • Advocate for global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
  • Be part of a TA team which owns and drives the successful identification, attraction, and acquisition of talent in support of various talent segments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent development, or HR experience, a bachelor's degree, and a global talent perspective. Experience in creating talent pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels is also required.
