Talent Acquisition Role

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for owning sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM. This includes partnering closely with recruiters and talent coordinators to meet monthly hiring goals.

  • Partnering closely with recruiters and talent coordinators to meet monthly hiring goals.
  • Developing talent maps and market insights to support strategic organizational design decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities.
  • Staying current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.
  • Training and advising hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing techniques.
  • Supporting hiring across global functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and PR when needed.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are highly desirable.
  • Self-starter, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
