Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quality Management System Analyst - Infrastructure Specialist to support 3rd party applications and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be able to communicate in English with other IT technical areas, lead and implement activities prioritized in the Agile ceremonies, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support vendor applications on infrastructure point of view to start.
- Be able to communicate in English with other IT technical areas.
- Be able to lead and implement activities prioritized in the Agile ceremonies.
- Installation, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Problem solving and attention to details.
- Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Infrastructure on-prem (Server and networking).
- Regular Windows Server knowledge for setup and troubleshooting.
- ACL (AD and Local Server).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP enough for basic troubleshooting.
- Create necessary support documentation.
- Organization, communication, work under pressure.
- Fluent English.
- Automation skills (PowerShell).
- Cloud (Azure + AWS) - DEVOPS and or application development skills are welcome around cloud, basic structure and automation.
