**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled VFX Artist to join our team. As a VFX Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for 3D and 2D games using Unity and Popcorn VFX.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of pushing the quality of your craft and self-development, with a strong understanding of animation and VFX creation principles.
- Develop awareness and aptitude of art fundamentals, color, shape, timing, and visual composition.
- Work independently and creatively to solve VFX technical challenges.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of VFX into games.
**Requirements**
- 3 years of experience in the video game industry in a similar role.
- Solid portfolio/reel showcasing your VFX work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Unity and Popcorn VFX, with Unreal Engine experience a plus.
- Basic shader creation skills via code or authoring tool (Shadergraph, Amplify).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Basic programming skills in C# and/or Blueprints.
- Fluid, Pyro, and RBD simulations skills (Houdini, Embergen, Blender).
- 2D drawing skills.
- Substance Designer experience.
