Network Infrastructure Analyst Job Summary">

This role involves maintaining and supporting the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. The Network Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing changes, analyzing root causes, and proposing improvements.

  • Responsible for incident response and technical requests related to networking and servers.
  • Plan and implement changes (corrections, migrations, and improvements) to the network infrastructure.
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose improvements to the network environment.
  • Produce and update technical documentation.
  • Monitor processes with suppliers and customers, ensuring timeliness and quality.
  • Provide technical support to teams, including N1 support and on-call rotation.
  • Manage service orders and track process updates.
  • Provide customer support and communication within defined parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with networks (Cisco, Juniper): BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN, Trunk, etc.
  • Knowledge of NGFW (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Sophos).
  • Technical support experience with Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, etc.).
  • Experience with N1-level support.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts according to operational needs.
  • Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule with variations on weekends.
