Operational Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Assistant to join our team. As an Operational Assistant, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless operations in our production and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute low-complexity tasks according to technical instructions from the area such as:
    • Disassembling general items;
    • Cleaning and preparing parts;
    • Assembling general items that do not require torque control;
  2. Read process instructions;
  3. Process transactions on the system;
  4. Collect and separate materials;
  5. Assemble kits;
  6. Receive and allocate materials;
  7. Ship materials to internal and external clients;
  8. Complete daily reports on process control and quality according to established procedures by the Quality department;
  9. Organize and prepare the work area according to the activity to be performed following process instructions and EHS guidelines;
  10. Contribute to process improvement through the Kaizen program;
  11. Comply with integrity and compliance directives as well as company EHS procedures;
  12. Ensure conservation of stored materials in adequate conditions, avoiding deterioration and loss.
