Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize process efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Prepare and manage tenders, conduct bid evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal deals.
  • Perform market analysis to anticipate challenges and demands, ensuring we remain competitive in the global market.
  • Ensure compliance with governing Supply Chain Management processes, including Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
  • Drive contract management from award to close-out, monitoring performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, focusing on sourcing processes, negotiations, and contract establishment.
  • Strong awareness of the supplier market and understanding of establishing local content.
  • Advanced skills in English language.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
