Procurement Specialist Role

This is a key position within our organization, focusing on delivering high-quality procurement services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, ensuring timely payment to suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Apart from these core responsibilities, the Procurement Specialist will also identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely payment to suppliers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Category Managers and Procurement Managers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with SAP and Business Warehouse Software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of contract and procurement processes (desired)
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
