We are looking for a visionary leader to drive our Full Stack AI Engineering & Architecture strategy across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with business technology leaders to shape future demand and prioritize investments.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and technical excellence across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on full-stack engineering and solution architecture expertise, AI innovations, and strategic foresight to accelerate digital transformation in a complex environment.

Leadership & Strategy
  • Define the strategic roadmap for AI-driven solutions across LATAM.
  • Lead initiatives involving generative AI, ML/data platforms, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10+ years in architecture and engineering leadership roles.
