Main Responsibilities:
- Identify key business opportunities in the assigned region and drive adoption of Trina Storage products.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate target accounts at all levels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to engage customers and drive sales growth.
- Design, develop, and implement the company's sales strategy in the region.
- Support contract negotiations, close transactions, and manage the sales process from forecasting to product delivery.
- Maintain awareness of competitor products and market trends.
- Represent Trina Solar at industry events and support customer transition.
- Ensure effective reporting of all activities under managed accounts.
- Stay updated with market information and requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience selling complex technical systems.
- Understanding of the electric and energy storage industries.
- Renewable energy experience is a plus.
- Team-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing deals.
- Prior experience with utilities, microgrid solution providers, developers, and EPC firms.
- Understanding of industry codes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel 20-35%.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
