A skilled Senior Quality Engineer is required to join a global team working on challenging projects that impact core business activities.

This role involves leading quality assurance initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and driving continuous improvement of processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies, analyzing complex data, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans covering all aspects of software quality.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, document test results, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, providing technical expertise and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies by researching and implementing industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for all quality assurance activities.
  • Proactively identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
